When you drop off a device we photograph it, record its details and give you a slip with a unique lot number (for example ITS-10241). Use it to track your repair online and quote it when you collect your device. It makes sure the right device always goes back to the right person.
Many common faults are diagnosed the same day. Total repair time depends on the problem and on parts availability. We'll give you an expected date at drop-off and keep the tracking page updated as your repair moves along.
Yes. After diagnosis we explain the fault and share an estimate. No repair work begins until you approve it, and if we find something extra along the way we call you first.
We work on all major brands of printers, plotters, scanners, laptops and desktops, including HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS and Acer, as well as barcode printers from brands like Zebra and TSC. If you're unsure, just call us.
We only access what's needed to diagnose and test your device. We still recommend backing up important files before any repair, because some faults (like a failing drive) can put data at risk regardless of who repairs them. Ask us if you need help with a backup.
